Nothing magic at all, just set the width to 800:
<iframe src="index_frame.pt.5.html" frameborder='0' width='800' height='403'
align='left' marginheight='0' marginwidth='0' scrolling='yes'>
You have yours set to '1008'. What resolution are you using on your
computer? I'm using 1024x768, so unless I have the browser window
maximized, I don't see your scrollbar, but it is there.
