Just create a normal hypertext link to the .pdf file and Acrobat will open
the file. That pre-supposes the receiving computer has Acrobat Reader, so
ensure you include a link to Adobe's Reader page so a copy can be
downloaded.

Can I make a plea for .pdf files to be formatted to fit browsers - and not
Letter or A4 pages? That means the file can be read onscreen without
scrolling. So much easier for the reader.
