Netscape margin problem

Hi there.

I am working on a site that will have no margins around the html content.  I
have used the marginwidth and marginheight attributes in the body tag to
make it work in IE, and I have used the topmargin, leftmargin, rightmargin,
bottommargin as well, trying to get it to work in Netscape.  It works great
in IE(all content flush to sides), but it fails in Netscape on the right and
bottom of the display.

Can someone please take a look at the following page and let me know what
the error is?  This is such a simple thing, but it is driving me nuts!!!
