MSIE 5.5 v 6.0 CSS help

I have a small table being generated by a CGI.  The HTML is quite simple.  I
am also using CSS.  In this table, I am getting two different results
displayed from the same code - correct in MSIE 5.5, incorrect in MSIE 6.0.
I cannot see what might be wrong - can someone else take a look?

I have put together a page that contains screen shots and copies of the
code, rather than cluttering up the email with it.  If you can see what I
might be doing wrong, please, let me know!
