It should work ok - I do it with a tiny little style sheet I have at my
site.  There should be no change to the code to include the external file
than with a "normal" HTML file.  The link tag is processed by the browser,
not the server, so as long as it is in the right place in the output, it
should work.

Can you post some sample code that is not working?
