I signed up a client with 9netave about a year ago. And the only good thing
that I do remember about their service is that after a week of trying to get
intouch with their accounts department, they finally honered their 30day
money back guarantee. As I remember the main problem was servers
performance, sooooo slow. I suggest you run a performace test on their
server through www.netmechanic.com, its free. Maybe they changed for better,
but I wouldnt want to try to find out. Hope it helps.
Sincerely,
