I also made the mistake of posting it in my Internet and Home Computing
Forum, and one person tried it and came back griping. Same stuff. Get rid of
it FAST!

| | Hi All
| |
| | Given all the attention given to the varying standards supported by the
| | main browsers, I thought I would bring it to y'all attention that Amaya
| | V4.0 has been released, for *nix and Win32 platforms.
| |
| | Amaya is the browser produced by W3 org as proof of concept for various
| | standards, and although its not particularly user friendly, it does
| | give a 'standard' browser to work in.
| |
| | URL is:
| | http://www.w3.org/Amaya/
| |
| | I've found it easier to do most of my designs in a 'compliant' browser
| | (been using Opera4 for the last few weeks) and then add stuff on for
| | the 'other' browsers out there. I've not made much use of Amaya
| | recently, but now I'm off to check it out.
| |
| | cheers
