Good idea. I get an almost instantaneous display with all colors. Cable
modem, WinXP Pro, IE6.0.28.

I'm not sure what you mean by "roll-out", but I do not see any
changes. Could you make a screenshot and post it to the site? Have you
tried removing "background-color: transparent"?
