Hi,
I have been presented with a huge document I must translate to the web. It
is a huge 2 page form (on paper), where people have to fill out names,
addresses, various phone numbers, various license numbers, various ID
numbers, also it is chock full of check boxes for choices they are making
(this is a update form, & covers just about everything in one form that
could be updated).
I am clueless as to how to get all the appropriate information that the
person filling out the form needs first on the page, then have all of that
submitted to the appropriate person, in a format that can be translated to a
database. Where do I start, & how do I accomplish this quickly?
your help will be/is greatly appreciated,
much alohas,
Lady Wistfulee
