 Probably the most well known source is http://www.searchenginewatch.com
which has tons of info... but it often it requires ferreting it out.  The
site is set uf for dual purposes, those that want to know how to search
better and those that want to know the secrets of getting listed.

One big secret is that you have to hand massage your most important web
pages.  No machine or submitting service can substitute for hard work.
