Autorun inf

I'm trying to come up with an autorun routine to open an html file, but I'm
having trouble. It works great if the file you want to autorun is an exe ,
but I can't get it to open an html.  I even tried including Iexplore.exe in
the cd and calling it and then the file.  Of course, this worked great to
open IE, but opens to the page determined as their home page.

I belive there needs to be an interim exe file to call the Start.html and
then the inf can call the exe, but I don't know enough real programming to
figure it out.

Here's my autorun.inf:

[autorun]
open=start.html

I did find one exe program I could buy that would open the html, but this
has to be free.
