Rasika,
I don't know if CSS can control the size of your table elements the way you
want. I know I've had mixed results tweaking the settings of tables in
CSS -- it'll look good in one browser and like crap in another! Something
you may or may not have tried...
To make all your table elements 128px wide, insert a transparent
single-pixel-high, 128-pixel wide graphic at the top of each element. Then,
place another 1-pixel-wide, 24-pixel-high transparent graphic on the side.
You can then place whatever text you want in the rest of the cell.
