Hey, Finally someone who can use Telnet! I love it too. Telnet is an
awesome program to use. But unfortunately too many have been lead to believe
it is Unix, and oops, that is a bad word!

| Ehh. Does it count if I code most of my stuff using vi over telnet? :} One
| good thing I've found about WYSISYG (and hand coding) is, when viewing my
| page, and I get stuck on table layout problems I can do a quick "view
| source", copy that, and paste it in homesite, then do a code sweep and
| view it a little easier.
|
| Also referring to the vi telnet thing. It only takes a second to open a
| remote editor and change a line or two. Immediately it's available. No
| waiting for apps to open up (vi could be measured in microseconds with a
| medium size doc.) No authenticating (in my case I always have a secure
| connection open). And if there's still a small error I won't have to
| upload yet again.

|
| Great analogy.
