NetScape Irritation!!!

I'm testing pages in NN4 and all of a sudden I find this:
http://www.thearmidalemall.com/NetCrap.html
added to the bottom of my page!!!!!

Does anyone know WHAT it is, WHERE it comes from, HOW I can get rid of it???

I know "I" didn't put it there!

Also...
Does NN4 have a known problem with includes?  It left out my header.
