Radio Bottona & Checkbox Values into Access

Hi all
I have a form that uses two radio buttons with vales of "yes" & "No". I
need to insert the value into an Access database. Also I have a list of
6 check boxes that all have different names and values and I need to
insert the value from all those checked into the same db. All help
appreciated Thanks in advance.
