Hi Elizabeth,
I use DirectNIC. It's $15 per year & I think you'll find the service &
accessability excellent. I got fed up with Netwit Solutions a long time ago.
It takes them two weeks (& *multiple* e-mails) to transfer a domain, with
DirectNIC it's less than 48 hours.
Humm; several hundred domains? Think you could mention I sent you (maybe
I'll get a freebie - LOL).

Subject: Registrars....
OK... I'm completely and utterly fed up with Verisign and Network
Solutions. I could use some feed back on Registrars....
1) must be stable and likely to be around for a long time;
2) must be easy to track, maintain, and CHANGE stuff with;
3) must be able to work with corporate credit cards;
4) none of this one domain at a time to change, verify, and re-check
nonsense....;
5) customer service reps who know more than I do about DNS and domains
would be helpful.
6) shouldn't be more expensive than Verisign. ($210 for a 10 year .com,
$180 for a 10 year .net)
We own several hundred domains, all with Verisign. We register about 6
every month, for 10 year periods. It's not cost effective to change over
existing sites from Verisign, but I'd like to be able to present to my
boss a viable alternative for future purchases.
