I would have to agree with Kayjey. I spent hours trying to implement "low
bandwidth rollovers" as seen in:
http://www.webreference.com/dhtml/column2/
...Only find that it would not work properly on WebTV. Its simply too much
work for something that will never be universally compatible.
I also suggest that you go with plain image rollovers.
