Since I have moved all but one domain name away from Verisign, I ignore
everything that comes from them - it is all unsolicited marketing crap of
one kind or another.  They have devolved, in my mind, from something
reputable to being just another company out to grab your buck any way they
can, including slamming.

verisign-em.com is probably just a tracking domain, to see how well one
marketing campaign does over another in terms of clicks and revenue.  That
wouldn't worry me, specifically.  But dealing with them at all would,
generally.
