(OT) Rating Control problem

This is off topic so please reply off list if necessary.

I have a client who called, and is upset, because someone has gone into MSIE
and set the ratings control on their system, and they can't go anywhere on
the internet using MSIE.  They do not know what password was put in, and
there for can't disable it.  They don't know who did this either.

I have dug and dug looking for a way to disable, and even gone to MS site,
only to be told for lost supervisors passwords you must contact them.  Only
problem if the system is OEM you must contact you OEM retailer for support.

The computer was aquired threw family they have no idea where it came from.

Does anyone with any knowledge know how to disable that feature?  This
browser won't let them go anywhere, because the settings have been set to
maximum.
