Intresting Netscape 6 problem

Im building a company web page at http://www.3td.net/ and wanted to check it
with Netscape. When the page is first opened in NS6, I haven't tried it with
anything older, the background and images load but nothing else (menus,
text, ect.) I can run my mouse over where the links are and get the pointer
for a link, after I click on the first link I can and the page loads
everything shows up, I go back to the home page and everything is there it's
just not there on the first load. I closed NS and reopend it and the page
and got the same results.  Any ideas or is there something in my code that
may be doing this?
