I just looked at it and a banner inside the JavaScript says it is version
1.2.  I don't know anything about Mac versions of browser software but a
guess might be that your menu is too new for their browser.

 Since you rely fully on JS for the menu, there are probably others out
there that can't access the site.  Proprietary browsers for some ISP's and
WebTV and similar box-top devices are probably not able to view the websight
beyond the home page.  You might add text menus somewhere so they have an
alternate way to navigate the site.
