| I used to have a quote generator on web site. If the person quoted is
| deceased, any copyright is negated after a certain period of time. And,
| wouldn't any living person be flattered by being quoted?? I would think
that
| adds to his / her popularity.
Most quotes unless they are more than a few sentences or paragraphs long,
fall under fair use.
