Lets talk more about the admin tools that the hosting environment offers.
It is sometimes eaiser to explain with the tool at hand.
MS Access is ok to use for protyping your tables, however there are other
ways to accomplish your goals.

Are you comfortable with PHP?  If you can get PHP4 environment do so.
