Here we go again...:).  NN4.x has been recently updated, although I believe
it's mostly bug fixes and stuff that makes 4.x a better 4.x! Nothing will
make it into a modern browser, but then again, nothing will allow a
text-to-speech browser to work exactly like Mozilla 1.1, either.

The old Netscape works fine.  It's users may not see modern sites the same
way a modern browser would render them, but that's the choice of the viewer.
As long as people can access the menu and the site's message, even if it
isn't pretty, they are able to surf.
