Give the body tag on your splash page a unique ID and assign the necessary 
CSS to that:

<body id='splash-page'>

body#splash-page {
 background-image: none;
}

Hi folks,
This probably has a simple solution, but I haven't come across it so far so
I need a wee bit of advise please.

I have a background image in my CSS body tag; however, I have a splash page
that can't have this background image. How can I override the current CSS
body tag with a unique one just for the splash page?
My CSS is in an external file.

Any help is much appreciated as always.
