aol and forms in emails

Hi

I'm running an html newsletter that includes a quiz that is scored by a cgi,
I have had a complaint from one subscriber that the information was not
sent,( the cgi validates for email addesses being not "" no real checking
involved any entry will do.)

It's been reported that the error ( blank email) came up 4 times even though
the email address was filled in.

Does anyone know of any problems with forms being sent from the aol mail
program, loosing or not sending the data.
