If someone has messed with the default settings for I.E. they would see
something different than what you intended.
Go into I.E. then go to TOOLS then INTERNET OPTIONS and near the bottom is
a button labeled ACCESSIBILITY, click that. If any of the options are
checked, then your stylesheet is being overridden.
