What I don't like about using this approach is that in some browsers,
according to the user's settings, when the user presses submit, a popup box
will appear warning the user that this information is going to be sent via
e-mail.  This is enough to scare away some users and also looks
unprofessional IMHO.  Also I prefer to use a script that will then direct a
user to a confirmation page for their own peace of mind.  Otherwise you'll
get users hitting the submit over and over again because they aren't sure
that their information has been sent.
