Here's what I use:
<META HTTP-EQUIV="expires" CONTENT="Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:01 GMT">
<META HTTP-EQUIV="pragma" CONTENT="no-cache">
However, this will *not* break AOL's caching very well!
