Pulldown menus

Hi, all,

I have a client who wants a pull-down menu on their site similar to this
one:

http://www.profunds.com/

I was looking at their code and WOW - I just don't know that much about
javascript.  It looks like they are using a browser sniffing function as
well.  Does anyone know where I can get/DL/buy something similar?  Is there
another or easier way to do this?

Thanks in advance!  This list is invaluable to me and I appreciate
everyone's input.
