Weird problem

Hi everyone,
Yesterday and today I received 2 mails for someone else's web site. I didn't
think anything of it yesterday but today on receiving another I went to the
site and looked. Anyway they have a similar name as mine and are using the
same e-mail address as myself. I have written them today to ask them to
change it but....they are a large company and what rights do I have if they
refuse? I registered my domain in 1997 and have been using this e-mail
address ever since. I sent them an e-mail at their other address posted and
it came back to me.
I have been on this list for a bit but felt that I should not use my e-mail
address sales(at)thetackbox.com in case they are getting my mail so I
resubscribed with this address. Any suggestions?
