Dynamic Menu table problems

    Hi All,
    I've been trying to determine the problem with this Dynamic Menu for
three hours now.......
    If you go to http://valuewebinc.com/MenuTest/menutest.html  & hover over
the "Template Sites" & "Digital Rescue" links, you'll see the dynamic table
width is working to whatever I set it to.
    But at http://valuewebinc.com/MenuTest/index.html , the width of the
dynamic table will not function. The code is the same for both pages, so the
question is: what other code/circumstance is causing the width to fail? Is
it because it's in a table? Because I have other "onmouseout" events within
the same span? (grabbing at straws here.) Or maybe it's because it knows
I've been up all night & it just wants to aggravate me? <grin>
    If any javascript gurus could help it would be *greatly* appreciated!
