Nick,
I have both eFax and jFax numbers (and now they're the same company)... I've
had no problems with them. While they urge you to use their software to read
the faxes, they're just compressed TIFs (sometimes multi-frame files,
too) -- stretch them to 200% their normal height and all's well...
