FRUSTRATION is increasing at lack of NN to accept cookies...please help

Hi All....

Frustration levels are mounting... I have spent most of the day re-creating
an orderform for my web site trying to make it work with NN and have
acheived SOME of what I set out to do...at least now the calculations will
work in NN... I cant however make it save a cookie and read from it ....IE
is fine in all areas. I know the Javascript works in NN because my test form
is at the address at the bottom and it works .....

Could someone take a look and see what is going wrong with it?

I am almost out of hair from tearing at it for the last xxxxxxxhours

This is my new form.....with cookie code (at the moment it needs a value in
the top 2 rows to calculate)
