Netscape 4.5 table centering

*sigh*  I surrender.  I have a simple table at
http://messageboards.wc.edu/index.html that NN 4.5/4.7 _refuses_ to center
on the page.  I've tried everything I can think of including the
ever-so-simple, depreciated center tag, a div and a paragraph tag.

What did I miss/forget/overlook?  (I'm absolutely certain I've been working
too long without a break this morning at this point <G>)

Any help would be _greatly_ appreciated.
