I use these, too, Adrian. In mine, essentially, a Perl script reads in
an existing HTML template, and prints it out to the user line-by-line.
At a predetermined point in the process, it inserts the lines from the
text file.
You can also achieve the same effect with PHP. The process isn't really
that difficult, and I have it in place for several clients to allow them
to handle their own limited updates.
