H e l p with Javascript

I have a pull down menu on my site at http://www.storesthatoffermore.com

The menu bar is actually on a page titled merchants.htm
Right now, when you click on a merchant, it takes you to the page in the
current window - can someone look at the code and please tell me how I
can tell it to open a new window, so the users stay in my site (I will
have the links exit my site).
