Hi -

If you specify your font sizes in pixels instead of points, than you can
avoid this problem

I have a DHTML menu that in all browsers looks great, EXCEPT for one
setting that about 5% of my users have on their Windows 9x through Windows
2000 boxes.

The setting is done by going to the DISPLAY properties and choosing the
SETTINGS tab.  The font size selector will appear in either one of two
locations.  You will either see it now at this point underneath the
colors/screen resolution, or you will see it after clicking the ADVANCED
button at the bottom.

This font setting seems unique to the "APPEARANCE" fonts settings in that
it changes the default dpi that fonts are displayed in.  It is also unique
in that it completely ignores style sheet font settings, causing my
beautfiul DHTML menus to render with large fonts, which makes the layer
larger, overlapping the content underneath.

Does anyone know of a way to override these fonts settings or is it
hopeless?
