The problem with PHP Nuke/Postnuke is that they have security bugs that are
known.
Some bugs are documented and can be found using http://www.astalavista.com/

Phpnuke it an actual template, not a program. It pretty much makes your
site :)

I did just set up the site using PHP but are the above programs that you

put on your computer? I'll bet they are for Windows only.
