Page previews

I have been a lurker on this list for some time, but now it's my turn to ask
a question.

I remember using a site about a year or so ago that allowed you to preview a
page using different screen resolutions, but now I can't find it anywhere.
Does anyone know of such a site?

Also on the same vein, is there a site or tool out there that allows you to
preview a page using different browsers?  I haven't heard of such a thing,
but with all the browser incompatibilities, this type of tool could be quite
useful!
