He probably accidentally hit the right mouse button and refresh.

Subject: Can radio button zap a Web form?

We have a lengthy Web form on our intranet that features text input,
check boxes and radio buttons. It is plain HTML. One of our users told
me entered a large amount of data, then tried to change an item by
double-clicking the radio button. (He momentarily confused it with a
checkbox, which will turn off when clicked again.) When he clicked
several times on the radio button, the form reloaded and all his work
was lost. I could not reproduce the problem. Anyone ever heard of this?
Is it even possible?
