Well, since credit card fraud is a huge consideration for my clients, since
one sells
computers, and GETS fraudulant orders all the time.  I would probably
discuss
the ramifications of that problem.

I have a client that phone verifies orders all the time and they constantly
get bogus orders because of stolen cards.  And invariably it is billing
address is one, and shipping address is something else.  I could write you
volumns on this.

My clients Merchant services account insists they ship to the bill to
address.
