Meta-Refresh

Hi folks -

I have a page that I have a Meta Refresh on.
Everything works hunky-dory in IE, but in Netscape, it tries to take the
viewer to another page that doesn't even exist on my server anymore.
Check out the link at the bottom of my signature for the page.
Please help - this is driving me nuts.
I do have an IE DHTML transition in there, that works fine and obviously
doesn't in Netscape, but that's ok - just added fun for ie users.
