Actual, I am talking IE6, Mozilla .9.9, NN6.2 and Opera 6 (I can't remember
for sure one that last one, but I believe it passed.) The margin: auto is
properly used to center it's owning block level element.
I believe most of those browsers are available on non-windows platforms in
present or earlier versions, and all are used to access the Web. Not sure
what the comment means...?
