Including CGI Stuff

I'm using:
<!--#include virtual="/cgi-bin/picture_frame.pl" -->
to include the results of a script into a page.

Is there anyway to use an absolute reference to a script inside an include?
Or...
Is there any other way to include the results from a script that's not on
your server?
