First of all, I'm sorry that my message apparently came through twice.  No
clue what's up with that.

Thank you for the comments and suggestions. I have added the summary to my
table.

I tried the CSS suggestions at http://catcode.com/csstips/center_table.html
but the table still didn't get anywhere.

What did work was to remove the width attribute for whatever odd reason.
(Thank you Josu� for that suggestion!)  I had defined the table by a
width="300" - no, I didn't really need to, I just did.  When I removed it,
however, the table popped right into place.  Go figure.
