Hi Kid,
I've had the *worst* luck with Network Solutions/Verisign. It typicaly
takes me seven or more e-mails to get them to do anything - after jumping
through their hoops!. I'm *lucky* to get nameservers changed in two weeks.
With DirectNIC, it's usually less than 24 hrs.
