You need to check with your host on their use of this directory. It could
be a fixed set of server side tools (formmail, etc.) or it could even allow
you to write server side scripts in a language supported on the server
(perl, php, etc.). Scripts of this nature are housed in a seperate
directory for security/setup purposes.
Again check with your host for details.
