Hi, Molly:  welcome.

Here is the format ( | means or):

	<META NAME=3D"ROBOTS" CONTENT=3D"ALL | NONE | NOINDEX | NOFOLLOW">

"ALL" is the default, and "NONE" is the same as "NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW".  =
NOINDEX will prevent ethical robots from indexing the page.  NOFOLLOW =
will prevent them from following the links.  If you want more details, =
