layer woes

Hi all

The following site displays its layers correctly in IE5:
www.mosaicsoftware.com

However, in Netscape4 the right layer is getting lopped off about 2 =
thirds of the way down.  I have tried changing the layer dimensions =
without much success - if anyone can see where I am going wrong, I would =
greatly appreciate any input.
